The menu changes every week

Visits to the numerous farms around our restaurant, daily phone calls to our fish supplier and great relationship with my butcher or what my garden has produced are the deciding factors to what’s on the menu each day.  Local ingredients with Asian influences from our travels over the years direct the menu and inspire my creations.  The menu changes every week and we prepare only enough for one service! If however you would like to come more than once during the week. Please give us 24 hours notice and we will create a special menu for you. Vegetarians, Pescatrians and Vegans are welcome but please give us notice.
